October 11th - 8K600K event

Happy News Year!

I have registered with RUSA HQ for an 8K600K event in Rolla for October 2025.  I have received a few notes about the sanity of that event.  Some argue that a less audacious event (& probably more fun) would be preferred.  

That said, I am not sure what the club would prefer as I forgot to ask.  I am more than willing to take a different path and run a point-to-point event on Route 66 (from Oklahoma City back to Missouri),  Rod and I rode a capital-to-capital permanent from OKC to Jefferson City, but we wouldn't need to go that far for a 600 K, but it was a historical and fun event.
