Garmin Connect -> Ride with GPS

A personal note.  A few of us are planning to go to Sweden for a 1200 K this summer:  http://vasterbottenbrevet.se/msr1200-en/

We are struggling with the climbing for the ride (I hear there are a number of tunnels).  Does anyone know how to convert a Garmin Connect route to a Ride w/ GPS route?
