RDA Implementation Decision

In case you haven't seen it, the executives of the national libraries
have issued a statement regarding the implementation of RDA. The
decision is to implement RDA no sooner than January 2013.
Implementation will be contingent upon the completion of, or progress
toward the completion of, some particular tasks and action items.
