Hello everyone,

Camp YouCan is a Nebraska camp for kids with epilepsy and they are set for another year of camp starting June 9th - 12th but are coming up short for volunteers.
Camp counselors are needed to be assigned to a camper or two and they remain with those campers throughout the camp experience, even in the same cabin.

They are also hoping that anyone with medical backgrounds, not necessarily epilepsy specific, would be willing to be camp counselors or work the medicine distribution table with 2 other nurses. Men are always needed more than women, but we are need of both this year for sure.

If you are willing and able to dedicate a few days of your year to helping kids with epilepsy have a camp experience, please let Meg Busing know. Also feel free to forward this information on to whomever you feel might be interested in volunteering.

Thank you for your consideration.
