Recruiting Class Rankings

Two early Top 15 lists were in today's USA Today. I don't put much credence
is these rankings, but I still am curious to know what they are. Also keep in
mind that a couple of top recruits (e.g. RB Travis Minor, WR Ken-Yon Rambo)
have yet to sign.

My Comments -

o #13 will do just fine for the Huskers
o Biggest Surprise: North Carolina at #9 and #10 -- What is Mack Brown doing
down there? It's supposed to be a basketball school!
o Second Biggest Surprise: Notre Dame not in either Top 8! I thought they
received an automatice Top 5 spot every year!
o Number of teams in either list by conference: Big 12 - 4, Big 10 - 4, SEC -
4, ACC - 3, Big East - 1, Pac 10 - 1
o Florida, FSU, or LSU could move up in the rankings if Travis Minor signs
with one of these schools (as expected)
o It will be fun to dominate those more highly regarded Buffalo players
