Well, 2014 was a challenge for me. Each of my parents went
through hospice and passed--mom this spring in the Bay Area, and
dad about a month ago in Lexington, KY.

Here's to 2015!

Happy New Year to both of you! I survived 2014 and fully expect to do
the fame in 2015.

Just got back home from about a week of almost local tripping...Illinois
and Missouri. Got back last night and started shoveling snow this
morning. :-(

Just need to get through a couple more weeks of this nasty Midwest
winter before we leave for Naples, Fl via Jamaica.

BTW - got a Christmas card from Ben. His handwriting was terrible and he
said that the arthritis in his hands was getting really bad and was not
sure he would even be able to write when he gets out in 107 years...at
least his still has a sense of humor. :-)

I assume your "local tripping" was travel, and not something more
counter-cultural. :-/

Taking the long way, maybe a crusie of some sort? Color me
envious, on both counts.

Glad to hear it isn't all bad news. I've been very remiss in
writing him, need to get off my butt and do that. Thanks for the
update on this!

Didn't remember if I had gave you Ben's current address but if not, it
is as follows:

Mr. Benton Stong
Register 12953-029
USP Tucson
PO Box 24550
Tucson AZ 85734

No cruise for us. In fact neither one of us would go on a cruise if it
was free, just not our thing. As we have several stops to make between
Iowa and Florida we will drive to Orlando and fly out of there. Then fly
back to Orlando and drive on down to Naples.

Ten of us meet in Naples each year for a few weeks. Rhonda and I, two
friends from New York, two more from Pennsylvania, two from the Chicago
area, and two more fly over from Ireland.

Peace
