The new bundle includes multiple tools in a single download that IT admins need for a simple, managed deployment. Today we are also announcing official Citrix support with features for employees that work with legacy applications.
While the existing, standalone Chrome MSI installation package is still available for companies to download, the new Chrome enterprise bundle provides a single package for IT admins that contains the latest version of the Chrome MSI, the Chrome Legacy Browser Support (LBS) extension as well as administrative policy templates.
Our new Chrome enterprise bundle provides organizations with all of the management tools to make employees productive and can be downloaded here today. We plan to continue to add additional enterprise tools as they become available.
The single bundle upgrade, available from 11.0 and later releases, combines all the components except the NetScaler VPX instance image and LOM firmware in a single image file. This file is called the SDX image.
Using this image, you can upgrade all the components in a single step, eliminating the chances of incompatibility between various components. A single bundle upgrade also ensures that your appliance is always running a version that Citrix has tested and supports. Because all the SDX components are combined in a single file, the SDX image file is larger than the Management Service image file.
Citrix Workspace Services (CWS) is a platform that lets you build and deliver desktops, applications and other mobile services from the cloud, your own data center or a mix of the two. The Workspace Suite is a bundle of traditional Citrix products packaged in a way that makes licensing more economical and helps your organization enable mobile users.
The Citrix Workspace Suite is a single product that encompasses many Citrix technologies that are normally licensed or set up separately. It includes XenDesktop, XenApp, XenMobile, ShareFile and NetScaler. It also includes the additional technology that comes with existing XenDesktop Platinum and XenMobile Enterprise bundles, such as XenClient, CloudBridge, AppDNA and Worx mobile applications, such as WorxMail and WorxNotes.

Dell is launching a new top-to-bottom bundle that includes desktops, servers, networking and service, but will only sell it directly -- even as the company is working behind the scenes to hash out details on its forthcoming formal channel program.
The Round Rock, Texas-based company is cutting the channel out of its On-Demand Desktop Streaming solution. The offering, announced Wednesday, is a bundle that includes diskless OptiPlex desktops, a PowerEdge 2950 server, a PowerConnect Gigabit switch, Citrix Provisioning Server for Desktops Software, and a PowerEdge 2900 storage server.
