Can you request a 30 day trial of the new version?

I want to use CS5.5 mobile development features, but have only CS5.
Has anyone added the jquery and mobile development capabilities that
CS5.5 has to CS5? ( I'll request an upgrade to our licenses here at
work, but that could take awhile.)

Hi all, I'm hoping this year to come to the neaug meetings like I used to. I've been really missing that. Still a very busy Flash/Flex developer but here are some topics that I could talk about at the meetings (or make requests):

- Deep Linking for Flash (SEO)
- Flash Player 11 (real 3D in browser)
- Box2D development (physics)
- Flash for mobiles (compiling for IOS, Android and others)
- Flashdevelop (the free IDE for Flash/Flex developement)

Let me know.

In the meantime here is a social game we created for CocaCola and just published:

Enjoy!

I already did that, and after 30 days there is no way to install a
trial again on the same computer. (I'm not interesting in hacking to
force it to work.)

Now, we are ordering Web Premium with Educational pricing, so I have
another question: Does education purchasing of Adobe products permit
uprading or SLA? CS6 may come out within a few months (but maybe
someone in the group has more specific information). If Education-
price purchases don't qualify for updates, I wouldn't want to ask to
purchase it again within a few months.

Any opinions are welcome.
Thanks.

Hi Romana,

All higher end Adobe products including suite upgrades qualify for the educational discount.  Also,  I'll be presenting on mobile formats in CS5.5 next Tuesday at NEAUG.

All the best,

Hi Dawn,
Thanks for the information. I've arranged to have Web Premium CS5.5 ordered here at work using the University's educational discount. Hopefully, when CS6 comes along I can get an update at educational pricing.

JilMac and Barb Ackemann arranged for Jil to record the meeting. I can't be there but will view it later.

Regards.
Romola
