to New England Adobe User Group
This is a reminder that the next New England Adobe User Group meeting
will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 1-4 PM, at the Marlboro College
Graduate School. Visit our website, www.neaug.net, for more
information and directions.

We are pleased to announce the following agenda:

• 1 PM: Christine Triebert of Rock River Studio, commercial and fine
art photograher, will show us techniques for working with adjustment
layers in Photoshop.

• 2:30 PM: Julie Strothman of Landmark College will talk about
creating usable, accessible webforms : Web-based forms are at the
center of interactions between organizations and their website
visitors. People use forms to ask questions, submit requests, join in,
share information about themselves, and make payments. In person,
these processes involve two-way conversation. This presentation will
cover techniques for designing forms to approximate such back-and-
forth in a human-like and satisfying way. We will review essential
methods for ensuring all users can successfully use our forms, whether
they are using a screen reader, navigating only by keyboard, or simply
trying to recover from an error.
(rescheduled from October)

• As always, the meeting will start with a free lunch donated courtesy
of our sponsors.

• Raffle for free book drawing and Adobe schwag. Books courtesy of
O'Reilly!

There is no admission fee to attend our meetings and you don't have to
be a member to come. Please pass this message along to anyone else
who might be interested in attending. No RSVP is necessary for this
event.

Thanks!
