Looking for expert

Our company, Cultural Intrigue, is looking for an SEO consultant.

Question #1 is: What can we do to make our images appear at the top of Amazon search? We sell about 3,000 products on Amazon but our competitors are showing up above us on the page.

About a year ago (maybe more) there was a speaker from a company named "SEO and PR" or something like that. His name began with 'J'. Does anyone know who I'm talking about? He was really good.
