Google Tools for Productive Collaboration
June 7th - with JilMac

  JilMac is a self proclaimed "Google Girl".  When she was in the Marlboro Masters Program for Internet Engineering in 2002, her professor periodically would share "Google: the 8th wonder of the world" and analyze what Google was able to accomplish.  Jil has been studying, using, and incorporating Google tools at every opportunity since. 

Anyone wishing to participate in the Workshop needs to bring their laptop, gMail login and be comfortable in the Google environment.  All are welcome to the presentation.

JilMac's 2 hour workshop on "Using Google Tools for Productive Collaboration", will include:

·        Creating a Google Site - we start here because it is the way your ORGANIZE your Google Presence

·        incorporating Google Calendar, combining calendars on a Google Web Page, Creating multiple views.

·        Docs (similar to Word 2003)

·        Sheets (Spreadsheets similar to Excel 2003)

·        Forms  (Collect data and store data in a Google Sheet)

·        Slides (Presentation similar to PowerPoint 2003_

·        YouTube

·        Google+ Albums   and  Photo Editors

·        and more.

This workshop will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 pm, Tuesday June 7, 2016, at Marlboro College Graduate Center, 2nd Floor, 28 Vernon Street, Brattleboro, VT. There is no fee for attendance. All are welcome to attend.
