New Tech Group in Brattleboro

Hello all you Adobe users in the area:

We're pulling together a new group to promote contact among tech-oriented people in and around Brattleboro.  There are so many of us hidden away.  The NEAUG meetings are great for this. And to allow folks to do more talking and interacting in an informal setting, we've started this new set of monthly meetings.

The first meeting is October 16, next Thursday at 5:30.  It is downstairs in Fireworks.

Brattleboro Area Techies to hold first meeting October 16

Brattleboro Area Techies, a new Windham Country group, will hold its first meeting on Thursday, October 16 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm at Fireworks Restaurant in Brattleboro. The new group is designed to facilitate networking among the area’s many high tech workers who are all too often locked in an office behind a computer.

 

The group is intended to include designers, makers, educators, programmers, freelancers, videographers, artists, consultants and business people who work in these fields.  The first meeting will be informal and give everyone who attends the opportunity to introduce themselves and their work. This will be followed by time for relaxed networking.
