Can DW CS5 use the jquery mobile and other CS5.5 extensions?

I want to use CS5.5 mobile development features, but have only CS5.
Has anyone added the jquery and mobile development capabilities that
CS5.5 has to CS5? ( I'll request an upgrade to our licenses here at
work, but that could take awhile.)
