I am putting my near west side home on the market later
this week and wanted to let my neighbors know about the house before the sign
goes up to avoid or minimize realtor fees.
The home is located at 420 North Oak St. It's off West 8th Street just
west of Rogers St. Oak is a dead-end street off the dead-end on W. 8th so
it's very secluded. Built in the early 1990s, this unique home has 3 bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms, lots of flexible spaces, a finished basement, great room for
gardens, and 1 car garage. I expect to list it at around $229,900.
I am in the final stages of getting the house ready (carpet-cleaning,
power-washing, touch-up painting, etc.) but happy to show it to interested
