NEAR-900 ASL Nodes with P25 Linking - Update Needed

If you have an ASL node with the DVSwitch P25 Linking software on it,
the latest ASL Software Update will break your P25 linking software.

The latest ASL Software Update installs a new version of P25Gateway and
Quantar_Bridge.


From N4IRS...(Mr DVSwitch...)

In P25Gateway.ini

Change:

Startup=900
InactivityTimeout=0

To:

Static=900
RFHangTime=0
NetHangTime=0

I just tried it on a Bookworm node and a Trixie node and it now appears
to work correctly again.

Oh nice, so now we can use the latest version of Quantar bridge on the latest version of Linux?

Have you tried to buy a Raspberry Pi recently? The cheapest one I can find in stock is a Pi5 4GB for $110 (this five is cheaper than any of the fours)

NOTE:

You do NOT have to update P25Gateway.ini UNLESS you update or do a new install.  

Old or current installations still use the old values.
