Thanks for working on this! I assume that by now you are working from
the list that James sent.
Regarding when we send this out, I'd like to suggest that we wait
until the web site is up. This should be possible to do by the end of
July or at the latest by mid-August. This would allow for us to
present all of the info about the group and show that we are organized
(I think that we are?) and are making some progress. The big
advantage of sending out the invites soon would be to let folks know
when the the meeting will be held. I don't see that we are leaving
people with short notice if they are notified in July or August versus
end of June. Waiting a bit might also allow for some new institutions
to be added to the invite list before it is sent out. My post could
be a moot point if the site ends up going really quickly...
Anyway, just my thoughts...
