web application/map service not visible

Hi - we've got a web application running with AGS version 9.2 (http://
atlas.whrc.org/NBCD_Progress/). It runs on a Dell server, the
operating system is Windows Server 2003. This past week, and kind of
out of no where, it became invisible by anyone outside of our network.
The map page itself, along with the page header and table of contents
will appear, but the map data does not. Those of us within the
network can see everything.

Has anyone experienced this? Any thoughts? We really haven't done
anything to this map service within the past week except update the
cache files (which appear to be normal). We also haven't made any
changes to the machine or network connections.
