map coordinate display

Hi -

Does anyone know of a method I can use to get a map service to display
xy coordinates (in either dms or dd)
as I move my mouse across the display? Is this functionality embedded
somewhere in a configuration file?
I suppose there might be a way to write code to do this, but I am not
a programmer. I'm just using the out-of-the-box
functionality.....ArcGIS Server 9.3 .Net Framework
