Don't forget to register for this week's week's Blue Economy Career Exploration Fair (virtual via Zoom). This free, virtual event aims to connect students with various Blue Economy sectors, raise awareness about the different career opportunities available, and the diverse skills required for these positions. Learn something new and perhaps find a previously unknown connection to the ocean enterprise! 

Registration is required for this converational, online event. The event will take place across two virtual events, one on Tuesday February 27th, and the other on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Each online event will last approximately 2 hours (2:30-4:30pm ET) and will feature different BE sector representatives. Participants may register for one event or both- all are encouraged to register for both sessions if they can, so that they can network across all BE sectors. A screenshot of participating BE representatives is attached to this email.

Once registered, participants will receive long-in details, BE resources, and participant biographies. If you have any questions, please be in touch (holly...@uri.edu).  Please note- participants do not need to bring resumes or anything like that- this really is an informational type of job fair experience, and more about career awareness and conversation. Please also distribute this opportunity within your networks.  A flyer (PDF) with necessary links and details is also attached.
