The Narragansett Bay Commission is hiring an Environmental Scientist III - see link for details. This is a great fit for someone who loves crunching data, serving a need in their community, and protecting our shared water resources. Application period closes 3/11/25. Pay scale (for the life of the position) is approximately $69k-$114k. Master's preferred, not required!

The NBC runs the two largest wastewater treatment facilities in Rhode Island - sure, some parts of our job can be a little stinky ;) but it's an honor to ensure safe recycling of this water for the 300,000+ people in our district. This is the necessary and rewarding work to keep our rivers and Narragansett Bay clean, in an active and vibrant urban area.
We've got great benefits, a tuition reimbursement program, and boast a 35-hour work week with flex time available. I hope to see you soon for an interview! :)
