1. General Manager's Report.
2. Authorization for the execution of MBTA Contract No.
Y92PS03, Design Engineering Services for Repair/Rehabilitation of
Systemwide Transit Tunnels, with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., for
an estimated sum not to exceed $2,468,391.00.
3. Authorization to exercise an option with A.L. Prime Energy,
Inc., of Wakefield, Massachusetts, for the supply of gasoline as
called for during an estimated one-year period, subject to prices in
effect at time of delivery, at a total cost not to exceed $1,053,685.
4. Authorization to exercise an option with Mass Hauling
Disposal & Recycling Services of East Weymouth, Massachusetts, to
provide rubbish removal services to the MBTA’s North side locations
over an estimated one-year period, at a total cost not to exceed
$304,990.
5. Authorization for the execution of an Extra Work Project
Initiation with the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company to
repair damaged Locomotive 1030 relating to the Train 917 accident, for
an amount not to exceed $537,847.92.
6. Authorization for the execution of an Extra Work Project
Initiation with the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company to
repair damaged Coach 1607 relating to the grade crossing incident in
Manchester, Massachusetts, for an amount not to exceed $477,284.06.
7. Authorization for the execution of an Extra Work Project
Initiation with the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company to
repair damaged Coach 1634 relating to the grade crossing incident in
Manchester, Massachusetts, for an amount not to exceed 483,224.06.
