Job Title: Help Desk/ Software Support
Job Description:
This position is for a technical support professional to join a help desk
group totaling 3 people for a complex leading edge Intranet based application.
The user base for the application will be approximately 3500+ users at
110 sites
Must be a permanent resident of the U. S.
Required:
Position requires:
· Good telephone communications skills
· Schedule flexibility - help desk operation includes early evening hours.
· Experience in trouble shooting Windows 95 and Windows NT workstation.
· Familiar with supporting MS Internet Explorer 3.x and 4.x.
· Organized - familiar with the use of typical call/incident tracking systems
· At least two years of related Help Desk support experience.
Membership in the Help Desk Institute would be a definite plus.
