FOUNDER BACKGROUND

Mr. Sen has fourteen years of very broad range of experience in information
technology.
A former Arthur D. Little consultant and now founder of Kuber InfoTech
Architects, he has provided extensive technology management consulting
services through keen business judgment and by leveraging his technical
background.
Prior to working at Arthur D. Little, he has been a senior consultant at
Digital Europe serving Fortune 500 customers all across western Europe. He
has also worked as a systems software engineer in Scicon, one of the
largest systems integrators in the UK.
Mr. Sen holds a Masters in Systems Analysis and Management Sciences from
The London School of Economics, UK.

New Technology Applications

We helped a Brokerage System house with selecting an Internet Firewall
to protect their IP network from the Internet and to shield their client's
host
computers from hacker attacks.
For a private label Telecenter we designed and implemented a high volume
(2000+/day) automated forms based faxing that uses a live database
transaction link
and interfaces directly with MCI's SafeFAX services. This automatic fax
generation
and faxing system has reduced operational cost by 30%.
Network Planning and Design
---------------------------
For a major Boston Financial Institution we planned, designed and
implemented the
migration of their older SNA based point to point network to a more
versatile Frame Relay based multiprotocol network. This has reduced
operational costs and resulted in a simplified architecture.
For a Utility company we designed a WAN architecture to support, email,
file
transfer, distributed accounting application, and Internet traffic between
three subsidiaries to facilitate better internal and external
communications.
Systems Integration Consulting
------------------------------
For a major Call Center we linked their UNIX based computer systems with
their client's IBM network using a SNA to TCP/IP gateway.
This gateway allows seamless connection to their client's
computer systems. Instead of using a dedicated telecom link to each client,
we recommended using the Advantis network infrastructure. This has reduced
costs and setup time - a classic outsourcing situation.
International Market Development

For a leading maker of Frame Relay switches we conducted an initial market
study and
subsequently helped them with appointing systems integrators and resellers
in India.

facility
