PROFILE
=======
Mr. Sen has fourteen years of experience in information technology
industry. He has in-depth experience of multivendor systems integration,
systems, software development, networking, and telecommunications networks.
In his previous job at Arthur D. Little, Cambridge, and recently as an
independent consultant & founder of Kuber InfoTech Architects, he has
provided extensive technology management consulting services.
Prior to working at Arthur D. Little, he has been a senior consultant at
Digital Europe serving Fortune 500 customers all across western Europe.
Before Digital, he worked as a systems software engineer in EDS-Scicon, one
of the largest systems integrators in the UK.
His combination of technical depth and keen business judgment has helped
numerous clients with planning, selection, implementation and management of
complex information technology related issues.

Network Planning and Design

Sungard Financial Systems - Planned, designed and implemented the migration
of their older SNA based point to point network to a more versatile Frame
Relay based multiprotocol network. This has reduced operational costs and
resulted in a more scaleable architecture.
AllEnergy - Designed the WAN architecture to support, email, file transfer,
distributed accounting application, and Internet traffic between three
subsidiaries.
Systems Integration Consulting

Cross Country Group - Linked their UNIX based computer systems with their
client’s IBM network with a SNA to TCP/IP gateway. Selected the most
suitable product in the market and provided complete installation end to
end. Now Cross Country can communicate seamlessly with their client’s
computer systems.
New Technology Applications
------------------------------------------
Aqua Leisure Industries - Studied their business processes and developed a
systems solution complete with trading software package, operating system
platform, LAN and WAN architecture to support their import/export business.
Sungard Financial Systems - Helped them with selecting an Internet Firewall
to protect their IP network from Internet and to shield their client’s host
computers from intruder attacks.
Cross Country Group - Designed and implemented a high volume (1000+)
automated forms based faxing which uses a database transaction link and
interfaces directly with MCI’s SafeFAX services.
Vendor Selection & Management

AllEnergy - Helping them with the selection of a software consulting
company to develop their Enterprise Information System. This EIS software
will run their information intensive energy marketing business in a
de-regulated environment.
Eastern Enterprises - Helped them with selecting an Internet Access
Provider and a World Wide Web home page authoring and hosting vendor.
Boston Scientific Corporation - Evaluated RFP responses from AT&T, Sprint,
MCI, Cable & Wireless, InfoNet and Scitor for international Frame Relay
services.
International Market Development

Cascade Communications - Helped them with selecting systems integrators and
resellers in India. These resellers will market, sell and support Cascade
products.
Upgrade Corporation of America - Investigated the possibility of using
offshore software development facilities to meet their next decades
