Description
Position is responsible for the aqcuisition of talent aligned with
overall company goals and objectives for a selected discipline.
Participates in the development of recruitment strategies with
sourcing specialists and Manager of Staffing. Partners with sourcing
specialist and business unit partners to ensure top caliber talent is
acquired in an efficient manner to meet or exceed performance goals.
Provides subject matter expertise regarding employment law and
visa/immigration issues. Conducts career counselling as needed. As a
member of the Talent Acquisition team, will participate in recruitment
events and new employee orientation as needed.
Qualifications
Position requires 4-6 years Human Resources or related experience with
preferred client side recruiting exposure and Bachelor's degree, MBA
preferred. Must be able to work well with all levels in the
organization and across business unit lines. Strong working knowledge
of employment law in the areas of recruitment and selection, required.
Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and proficiency with
personal computers and associated software, such as Microsoft Excel,
Powerpoint, Word and the Internet required. Successful candidate must
have strong committment to delivering world class customer service to
internal and external customer groups. Demonstrated experience in
negotiating and closing candidates, knowledge of INS visa regulations,
and experience in recruitment automation tools, such as Recruitsoft
products, strongly desired. Must be willing to travel between all
Boston-based facilities. Domestic travel required up to 20% of time,
may increase during peak recruitment periods.
