I think "support" is a red herring here. Remember, I was able to
connect to my wife's accounts on Shore.net and IBM's IGN, my own
Compuserve account, as well as my new Erols account, without doing
anything special. There was no need for support to get connected to
those services. I have to conclude that Concentric is, deliberately or
otherwise, blocking WinNT connections.
They were a great service while I was able to access them. I sure wish
I knew why they no longer want me as a customer. (Especially since I'm
so annoyed with Erols constant stalls.)
