Does anyone have an e-mail address of a senior manager at
TIAC? I feel a need to communicate the reason I need to
terminate my account that I have had there for many years.

If you can share and e-mail address with me it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm only trying to provide TIAC management an clear message before I say
goodbye.

Tnx,

Steve LeBlanc

Thanks all, I guess I didn't poke around their homepage
enough...

... it's become pretty obvious that TIAC seems to have lost
it's desire to be a "service" oriented provider.

thanks again,

Steve

That's not true, they do provide 24x7 dialup talk to a person support.

The problem is, that during the day, the CS reps are inexperienced
and screw up and bulls**t you, and at night, the CS reps are better,
but the staff in ops is someone that's just babysitting the system
and gives the CS reps on duty bad info.

There was a desire, at one time, to have good support, but I think
this all fell apart when they moved customer support to Woburn, but
left operations and the rest of the staff in Bedford. There hasn't
been good cooperation/information sharing since, IMO.

It doesn't matter for me at this point, I'll be eliminating my PPP
account on Monday, and plan to transition out of my shell account
in the upcoming months.

For the record, I'll be going to shore.net, where I've had a shell
account for some time, primarily as a backup for my shell at tiac.
Well, that backup is very good, much better than tiac. I hope their
PPP accounts are as good.
