Estabrook Road appears to have suffered some water damage

Estabrook Road shows signs of minor water damage, with one transverse washout and a short section that looks like one of the double-track portions had water running in it for a while, leaving a depressed track with an alluvial surface. This seems to be relatively new; I don't recall these from earlier rides. Ride report here. Unhelpfully, I have no pictures of the water damage.
