Sep 16 ACP Ride Location has been shifted

Hello NER members and fringe randos?:  

  We are sad to announce that we cannot offer the Newport 300km route on Sep 16 due to Mt. Hope Bridge "issue" with bicycles but we are happy to announce that we have pivot to offer the Mid-Coast Maine ride instead on the same day.  We sincerely apologize to those who may want to do the Newport Ride and would like to urge you to write to RI-DoT or other Rhode Island government/political figure to express your displeasure. On the plus side, please travel to North to Portland Maine instead to do the fantastic Mid-Coast Maine Ride going to Pemaquid Light House at the 200km mark.  More info can be found here:  https://ner.bike/nersite/?p=4260 and registration of the ride will reopen mid-night tonight.
