David and I are in for the 2x200k but after the Super 8 in WRJ this past weekend we may splurge on other accommodations 😁

That’s why we put up the no-hotel option; we wanted something inexpensive as the host hotel but people could choose to splurge. :)

Hi all:

I just want to be transparent about the lodging situation is that we are passing on the room booking cost to the riders at cost. We are committing to a room block and will need to finalize that approximately 2 weeks before the event, and based on the registration we will go back to the group booking agent and ask for adjustment to the room type etc. if availability is there. Therefore, for the categories that include a room, the registration will close on Aug 26, 2021 at 5PM.

With apologies to David and Emily using their situation as an example, please let us know in the registration (or email us) if you have a designated roommate. Thank you.

(This will all be spelled out better on BikeReg…)

I had pretty nice accommodations in Royalton, provided you don’t mind going without indoor plumbing and electricity.

The trinket is officially just for the September 11 200k.

Note: you can now preride and then do a different event day-of; I will be preriding the 2x200k the weekend before and as long as people are chill with my pace a big party of a preride is fine with me; please contact me off-list if you are interested.
