Hello Riders,

The coastal forecast for tomorrow is as follows:
Temperatures 32-47
Standing Wind Chill 31-44, Riding Wind Chill somewhat less
Cloud Cover all day
Rain Prediction Expected Total 0.3” after 10:30
Humidity 65-90%
Wind 6-20 knots, upwind for first 75 miles

This is not summer riding, it’s barely spring riding. Bring proper gear.

FYI - Railroad tracks will be slick tomorrow from the humidity, even if the road is dry. The Railroad tracks in New Bedford (mileage 69-70) are particularly bad with a parallel crossing. My broken thumb attests to this.

FYI - The grates on the New Bedford bridge (mileage 70) will be slippery too, especially for those with skinny, high pressure tires.

FYI - Watch out for broken clam shells from seagulls. It will not be a warm sunny day for changing flats

There's now an address and link on the event page: https://ner.bike/nersite/?p=5190

It's a fairly small street near Brown University. Parking is curbside and free. You may need to park on an adjacent street.

As Ted will note, please do not lean your bike on his neighbor's fence.
