Rangeley 600k

Was perusing permanents on RUSA and noticed the Rangeley 600k starting in Portland Maine, approved in April, but no contact listed. Did a NERd put this together? Just curious as this is my backyard.

Certainly not an authority here, but I believe that no one "owns" a permanent anymore for insurance reasons, so riding the route is confirmed via RUSA, not the person who created the route.

That's correct -- for insurance and other reasons (simple one-stop online setup, no having perms go offline if someone's RUSA membership lapses, etc) they are all owned by RUSA now.  

(I do know the answer to "who submitted it", and that person helped out on the Conway-to-Portland design for the Sept 11-12th 600k,  but I'll let them chime in if they see this and want to.)
