Annual Meeting -- Registration and Travel Awards

Hi NEPARC,

We're happy to announce that registration for our 2026 Annual Meeting in Paul Smith's NY is now open! The registration forms (meeting, lodging, social, t-shirts), working agenda, meeting code of conduct, and more can be found on our website here: https://www.northeastparc.org/index.php/meetings

As a reminder, here are the prices for our three types of registration:

Student registration - $100 (ends July 5th)
Early registration - $120 (ends June 10th)
Standard registration - $135 (begins June 11th, ends July 5th)

To help support travel expenses, an anonymous donor will be providing two $350 reimbursable grants and two $150 reimbursable grants. Preference will be given to students, early career folks, displaced federal employees, and/or those with a demonstrated need. Funds can be used for registration, travel costs (e.g., gas), meals, and/or other expenses incurred. Receipts will be required for reimbursement.

Please fill out the form below by close of business (5:00 pm ET) on Wednesday June 24th. We will try our best to notify award winners by Wednesday July 1st.

Note: Preference will be given to those who have received the award in the past.
