Hi NEPARC,
Below are two more upcoming deadlines we want to remind you about .... and below them are the previous deadlines we already shared.
See you in Paul Smiths, NY!
POSTER ABSTRACTS
Deadline = July 1 (6 days!!)
Presentations are invited on all topics related to reptile and amphibian conservation.
Presentations by students (undergraduate, graduate) are strongly encouraged.
Posters will be available for viewing and comment during the meeting to facilitate the sharing of ideas and interactions among attendees and presenters.
We will be offering cash awards for best undergraduate poster and best graduate poster.
Meeting sponsorships help ensure students remain a huge part of the NEPARC community.
We’ll share sponsors' information with the NEPARC community and offer complimentary registration and tabling opportunities to those who donate at higher levels.
See attached PDF for more information.
2026 NEPARC AWARDS

The Award for Excellence in Herpetofaunal Conservation is presented annually by NEPARC to recognize an individual who has made significant contributions to the conservation of amphibians and reptiles in the northeast region of PARC.
The Community Conservation Award is presented by NEPARC to recognize an individual who has made a considerable contribution(s) to the conservation of amphibians and reptiles in a particular state or geographical area in the NEPARC region.
