Sad news about our freind and colleague, Peter Rosenbaum

We are deeply saddened by the unexpected loss of our friend and colleague, Peter Rosenbaum. Peter has been a valued member of the NEPARC steering committee since 2009 and served as chair of the Editorial Board, as well. As Professor Emeritus at SUNY Oswego, his research topics including genetics, herpetology, ecology, turtle conservation and natural history, evolution, conservation biology, toxicology, genetic epidemiology, and zoo biology. His contributions to the northeast herpetological community were significant, and he was a true asset to NEPARC, both professionally and personally. Our thoughts are with his family; he will certainly be missed.
