Hi NEPARC,
Here's a final, friendly reminder that tomorrow is the last day to submit poster presentation abstracts ... and it's also the last day to apply for one of three travel grants. Please see below and attached for more information.
See you in PA!

Poster Presentation Abstracts
Our annual meetings are the perfect place to network and learn about the latest and greatest herp conservation work being done across the region. Please consider submitting a poster presentation abstract so we can learn about your work!
Below are some highlights about the oral and poster presentations, but please see the attached PDF for more information about awards, instructions for preparing your abstracts, and how to submit.
- Presentations are invited on all topics related to reptile and amphibian conservation.
- Presentations by students (undergraduate, graduate) are strongly encouraged.
- Posters will be available for viewing and comment during the meeting to facilitate the sharing of ideas and interactions among attendees and presenters.
- We will be offering cash awards for best student oral presentation, best undergraduate poster, and best graduate poster.
- The deadline for submitting poster abstracts is July 1st.

Travel Grants
A generous, anonymous donor is providing three $300 reimbursable grants to support travel expenses to attend the 2025 NEPARC meeting. Preference will be given to students, early career folks, displaced federal employees, and/or those with demonstrated need.
