OLR

Good afternoon, 

We are in the process of setting up OLR and plan to have it go live in July. Does anyone have an example of letters or ideas on how you were able to get parents to create their parent portal accounts prior to starting OLR? We have a lot of parents that do not utilize the portal and would like to get them started before the OLR goes live.

Here is what I sent the first year we did OLR - I just used a mail merge and had first letter of first name and full last name for username 

and then used password@123 for the temporary password for all. 

Let me know if you have issues opening it - I made it in publisher.
