ineligibility message through IC

Hi All-

We would like to send out our weekly Activity Ineligibility (failing grades) notices to our parents through Infinite Campus messaging this year. 

If you do this would you please share your process? It looks like there is an easy way to send a failing grade notification, but I want to send something that says their grade calc is 70% or less.

I built an adhoc that pulls exactly what I want to match our policy, and then I use that to populate the contact list when I send the message. I type up my own message since I change the wording on it occasionally. I think there’s an easier way to do that if you want to say the same thing all the time.
