I have a couple of seniors that did not make all of their requirements to graduate. I'm not sure what to use for the Local End Status

212: Completer No Diploma

We use 205: Not enrolled; Eligible to Return in these cases per NDE.

What I have done in the past is use 299 and then use 205 at the beginning of the year for those kids.  We have had some students surprise us and finish their schooling and lucky for us did not have to drop them.
