course error

I am getting an ADVISOR error # 756: Course section with no teacher of record with students enrolled for courses associated with a new teacher. It is happening to all but 2 of the courses this teacher teaches. I have double checked and everything looks correct in IC. Any ideas on what could be the problem? All my other courses are reporting appropriately. 

I have an open ticket with IC support but they are still looking into it.

Teacher is marked as “Teacher of Record” in the Staff History tab/tool of the course section?

 

If other courses are posting the other usual suspects like Ed-Fi ID and Staff reporting must be good.

 

Have you tried any re-syncs of the person ID and related Staff resources?

I am having this same issue with 171 course sections. I have checked and rechecked everything. I put in a help ticket to NDE today but I am wondering if it has something to do with SIS-190601

I had this.  They were a new teacher for us this year and I forgot to put their state ID into the State Staff ID and the EdFi ID fields in IC.  Once I fixed this, it processed right though.

I was hoping it would be something simple but I've checked and tried all the above without any luck. There are not any Ed fI specific errors on my error log associated with this teacher either.

Can you send a snapshot of the staff history info? And a snapshot of the course-section’s period placement?  Is the period also set as an instructional period as well?
