OLR in Spanish for English families

I have had 2 staff members report to me that all of the correspondence after they submitted their OLR for their kdg student for next school year has come to them in Spanish. They fill it out in English and once they hit submit the OLR Summary is in Spanish and the emails that are auto generated to them are in Spanish. 

Is anyone else seeing this?

Yes, I checked that for both of them and we do have Spanish as an option within the OLR itself but they both reported that they completed it in English. If they had chosen Spanish that would explain it as the OLR communication is based on what language they had chosen to complete the OLR in.
