Federal Chronic Absenteeism Report

I have a school wanting to run the Federal Chronic Absenteeism Report but no matter how we do it it is blank. We have been in school for 16 days now so I thought we would have some results. I have found some students who are considered chronically absent on their individual attendance tabs but nothing in the report. Am I missing something?

Have you emptied your cache and cookies by chance?  Sometimes it causes weird stuff.

No but it is not just my computer that is getting no results. I did however, just clear cookies and cache and tried it but no luck.
