Nicknames

Hello,

I have some parents that have a nickname that they go by. It is under their profile and shows up in (), but when you go to the student and click on emergency contact it does not show their nickname. Is there a way to activate that?

Hi Jaclyn,

Are you referring to the Summary page emergency contact?  Nickname is showing for our kids.  Are there any punctuation marks around the nickname?  Remove them if there is.
