Advisor error Prior Year

Try resyncing your Student Information in Ed-Fi and then resync in Adviser.

I have done several "tweaks" to these students' program and done several resync in IC and then reran errors in Adviser.

It sounds like the error is stating that these students were listed as EL last year, but aren't listed as EL this year.  It sounds like they were exited.  However, it also sounds like they aren't on your EL Redesignated report this year.  Have you checked to see if they are on your EL redesignated report?  It's a place to start in my opinion.
