I hope you are having a fantastic Friday! Thank you for submitting this case today. We've gotten quite a few reports about similar situations. It appears that districts that took the 2539 update are seeing their POS terminals showing disconnected and transactions not processing. There was a POS update in 2539 that is causing this IF they left their POS applications open on the terminals when the version update was applied. Thankfully it seems to be an easy fix, though.
