POS systems down

Can someone assist in helping me get our POS food system back up and running?  This is what we get when we try to login to our system:

error validating login credentials

Stanton has had an issue with this too at all 3 terminal locations. Our Point of sale is not processing transactions.

I had this last week. 1st thing they told me is with the updates, the POS system may not be updating. 
So 1st thing to try is making sure the POS is being logged out. Log out and back in; Ignore the message of transactions.

If that does not work, they suggested to re-install the POS.

Mine did reset with the just logging out and back in.

We are at 2.31.3.

We had issues last week and support had us update to the newest version. That fixed everything.

I had the same issue last week.  I ended up reinstalling the terminal, that took care of it.

This is what I received from Infinite Campus last Friday

I hope you are having a fantastic Friday! Thank you for submitting this case today. We've gotten quite a few reports about similar situations. It appears that districts that took the 2539 update are seeing their POS terminals showing disconnected and transactions not processing. There was a POS update in 2539 that is causing this IF they left their POS applications open on the terminals when the version update was applied. Thankfully it seems to be an easy fix, though.

  1. Close the application (yes, its ok to bypass the scary message about trx still processing, they will still be there)
    1. Relaunch the app. It should update to 2.31.3. Transactions will make their way over.
  2. If it doesn't update, they just need to run the install file from Campus.

    2. Log into Campus> Food Service> Terminals> Install
    3. Run the install file
    4. Relaunch POS. It should update to 2.31.3. Transactions will make their way over.

I got the update to 2.31.3
It had over 800 pending transactions.  Those are gone.

Still gives me the same error.

D-T has had the same problem, we have many pending transactions, going to reset now and hope I don't lose them.
