Missing CTE data in ADVISER

Is anyone else finding that you are missing your students for post-school survey in 23/24 in ADVISER? We received a notice from the State saying this was missing and now I am seeing that there are no students listed under 23/24 Career Education, Post Graduate Activities or Students Missing Post Graduate Activity. They are both blank. Any idea why this would be?

I am having the same issue. I have resynced last year and this year yesterday.

Hoped it would be fixed this morning and it is not.

Any suggestions?

I have a case open with IC on this now. You may want to put one in as well to let them know it is happening for more than just me.

Did anyone else get this letter from the State? Is this a larger issue than just me and Caroline?

We did not receive the letter and our data for 23-24 is still good in ADVISER.

We received an email saying our '23-'24 post school survey info wasn't there.  We are able to see ours now in Adviser after entering the info into IC.  You didn't happen to delete out your '23-'24 configuration as that would make it not show in Adviser???

No, we did not delete it and we have resynced it multiple times now. I have CIC and NDE Adviser help desk looking at it.
