Hello to all:

I am reaching out to see if this is a thing with iPhone users.  I received a call from a parent that they were charged 35.00 to download the Infinite Campus mobile application. She believes she is using the Apple 14Pro version.  After the purchase is complete, she claims that she is unable to log into the application. Anyone ever hear of something like this?  This parent also claims that they have unsuccessfully been able to log into the parent portal app even after we reset it for her. This is the first I have heard of this sort of charge and login conflict.  I am hoping she will arrive with phone in hand and we can help her.

If my two cents counts, no one should be charged to ever download the campus student or parent portal app.

Shelley, I completely agree!  I had informed her that the mobile app is free and it should indicate as such from her App store. She said she has struggled with this for two years. Uh..hmmm.  She implied that this must be happening to more parents than herself.🤔 I advised her to uninstall and reinstall. She claimed that she did that but was charged the 35.00 to do that step. I found that quite odd.
