LEP counts missing in State Aid Component Verification Report

Happy Friday all! Is anyone else finding that their LEP counts are missing from the ADVISER State Aid Component Verification Report? I can see our counts in the Student Group counts but they are not in our State Aid counts. Has anyone heard from ADVISER if there is a problem with this report? Our LEP counts were submitted well before the 10/01 deadline. Am I too early in reviewing that data element and maybe it will be there sometime next week?

Thanks Barb! Should I create a ticket as well? It is strange that we can see our counts in one ADVISOR report and not in the other ADVISOR report. I even triple verified that I was in the correct collection year. 😉

Thank you Michelle! I was about to press the submit button but now I am wondering if I should hold up until next week. I don’t want to overwhelm them with another ticket in the queue. Or, I may toss a coin and let probability make the choice. Lol.

I sent a ticket to NDE on this issue as we were missing students in that report. It was a coding issue on NDE’s side and should be fixed. Ours is as of this morning.
