I am getting error 403  on quite a few things

Error code return from Ed-Fi. 403: [detail:Access to the requested data could not be authorized. Hint: You may need to create corresponding 'StaffEducationOrganizationEmploymentAssociation' or 'StaffEducationOrganizationAssignmentAssociation' items., type:urn:ed-fi:api:security:authorization, title:Authorization Denied, status:403, correlationId:3aefe2f8-2302-479a-962b-e7c3569de179, errors:[No relationships have been established between the caller's education organization id claim (470001000) and one or more of the following properties of the resource item: 'SchoolId', 'StaffUniqueId'.]].

any ideas
